Work we won't do
- Fake, bought or incentivized reviews, or hiding real ones
- Asking only happy customers for reviews, or steering unhappy ones away from leaving one
- Made-up testimonials, credentials, licenses or locations, including fake addresses on Google
- Texts, emails or automated calls to people who haven't agreed to get them
- Recording calls without telling callers, or AI that pretends to be a person
- Search tricks that break Google's rules
- Ads that make false or misleading claims about prices, warranties or availability
- Anything unlawful or deceptive
Using this website
- Don't submit false information, spam or automated submissions.
- Don't try to break into or disrupt the site.
- Don't send passwords, payment details or customer records through the form.
