Refund policy
Effective October 22, 2026
In short
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- Monthly plans: cancel any time with 30 days' notice. No refunds for time already billed.
- Annual plans: a 12-month commitment, paid up front. They can't be cancelled early or refunded.
- We fix billing mistakes, and refund prepaid time if we end your service or can't provide it.
What's non-refundable
Once paid, these aren't refunded or credited, in whole or in part:
- Monthly and annual plan fees
- One-time setup fees
- Add-on fees, including ad management and website care
- Website builds, custom projects, deposits and milestone payments
- Extra work you approved
This applies even if you stop using a service, don't use all of your plan's monthly work or allowances, cancel partway through a billing period, or are unhappy with results we never promised (see no guaranteed results).
Monthly plans
Monthly plans have no minimum term. Tell us in writing (an email is enough) at least 30 days before you want to stop. You're billed through the end of the notice period, and nothing already billed is refunded. Everything we built for you is yours to keep.
Annual plans
Annual billing gives you 12 months for the price of 10 and waives the setup fee, in exchange for a 12-month commitment. An annual plan can't be cancelled, refunded or switched to monthly billing during its term. You can move up to a higher plan at any time. You can cancel or switch to monthly before the renewal date, and we remind you at least 30 days before it.
Ad spend
Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google and isn't part of our fees. Credits for invalid clicks or bad leads are decided by Google under its own policies. We request them for you where the add-on includes it.
The exceptions
- Billing mistakes. If we charge you twice or bill the wrong amount, tell us within 30 days and we refund or credit the difference.
- If we end your service without cause, or can't provide a service you prepaid for, we refund the prepaid fees for the time after it ends.
- Where the law requires a refund.
Payment disputes
If something's wrong, please contact us first. We'll look into it straight away. Disputing a payment with your bank for services provided under these terms may lead us to pause your services, and we keep a record of your acceptance of this policy at sign-up.
