Questions
Will customers know it's AI?
Yes. It introduces itself as your AI assistant. Most callers just want help fast, and it gives them that.
What if it can't answer a question?
It takes a message and texts you right away, or transfers the call if it's urgent.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your number stays the same. Calls only forward to the assistant when you choose.
Do I need a monthly plan?
No. You can add it on its own. It's included free with Booked Solid.
