Limits
- Hours are only used by changes you request. Hosting, updates, backups and monitoring don't count
- Unused hours don't roll over
- Extra time is $95/hour, always quoted first
- Sites on Wix, Squarespace or similar stay on that platform and keep its fee. We still handle the care

- Your domain name (about $15 a year, kept in your name)
- Redesigns, new pages or new features (quoted, or see New website)
- Business email accounts

Is my site still mine?
Yes. The domain stays in your name, and you can take the site with you any time, with a full copy of the files.
Will moving my site cause downtime?
No. We copy it over, test it, and only switch when everything works.
What if I already have a plan?
Website hosting and care is already included in every monthly plan, with more hours on higher plans.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. It's month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice and we'll hand everything over.
