Questions
Do I own the website?
Yes. The site, the domain and the hosting account are in your name. If you leave, you take it all with you.
Can you redesign my current site?
Yes. Redesigns use the same packages. We'll also move over anything worth keeping.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, any job photos you have, your list of services and areas, your licenses and insurance info, and about two hours of your time over the project.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of free fixes. After that we recommend Website care + hosting ($150/mo): we host the site, keep it updated and backed up, and make your changes. It's included free with every monthly plan.
Can I host it myself?
Yes, it's your site. But hosting, updates and backups are one more thing to manage, and a neglected site gets slow and hacked. Most owners let us handle it.
How long does it take?
About 3 weeks for Starter and 5 weeks for Pro, depending on how quickly we get your feedback.
